The 1965 Class of Garland High School in Garland, Texas was the first of the baby-boomers to graduate from GHS as well the last class before they split the school and added another high school to the town. We are also the class that twice won the state football championship (1963 and 1964) in the largest school division. When the Beach Boys sang "Be True To Your School," it really hit home for us. We will forever and fondly remember Garland High and the many friendships that arose from its hallowed halls. The site celebrates old memories, announces forthcoming activities and makes accessible various materials from our past, such as yearbooks, photos of reunions, and class photos from long ago. We welcome your ideas and feedback. We think we've found every single member of our class as well as all of the teachers and administrators. But, if for some reason, we overlooked you, please let us know. Send your suggestions to Steve Rhodes. Please enjoy the new photos, which go up weekly (push "Photos" button), and check out the info on the 45th reunion (push "Reunion Info" button). Reunion will be Friday, June 25, 2010 at GHS (free) and Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Swingin' D Ranch in Parker ($35)
